Returns and Refunds

Returns

Our policy lasts 60 days from the time you receive your purchase. If more than 60 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If your product has arrived damaged please email the details to us IMMEDIATELY (admin@southernsungroup.com.au), before going to the Returns Centre

Otherwise, it is important that you contact us within 60 days of receiving the product  by visiting our Returns Centre and completing and submitting a Return Request. You will need your original order number for the product you are returning.

To be eligible for a return;

  • your item must be undamaged by you and in the same condition that you received it (if it arrived damaged, return it in that condition).
  • original packaging must be in good condition (return the product in this)
  • if the product has stpped working prematurely after normal and reasonable use, OR
  • was damaged upon delivery (Contact Us Immediately - SEE BELOW)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or supplier.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returned product meets the eligiblity requirements at the top of the page a refund will be approved.

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed by us within 48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@southernsungroup.com.au

Sale items (if applicable)

Regular priced items can be returned under this policy. Sale priced items may be returned by negotiation, but you will only receive a refund equal to the original discounted price.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you must go to our Returns Centre and complete a Return Request.

You will then receive a Return Authority and instructions on how to return the product.

If you are returning the product because you changed your mind or the product is damaged, has missing parts not due to our error or is not in its original packaging you will be responsible for paying for the shipping to return your item. This is non-refundable. In this instance, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless you have already paid the return shipping yourself. 

If the product is being returned because it arrived 'dead' or stopped working within 60 days we will pay for the return shipping provided the product meets the eligiblity requirements at the top of the page.

It is important that if the product arrives damaged that you CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY as we will pay the cost of Return shipping in this instance.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for any exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, at your cost. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
